1st game-so funny! watch the video!

here are a few quick pics and a vid. he was so cute-up and dressed for the game by 8 am in the morning! this video cracks me up b/c he has NO clue of the game or really even where the ball is. he just wanted to run fast in his new cleats-he turned the 'boosters' on-did you see it?hehehehe

Carson starts soccer!

Carson had his first soccer practice tonight! he loved it and loved wearing the shin guards even more:) here is a picture of his team-go jets!!!! you have to click on the picture to see that he is the one in the yellow sleeves.

But managed to catch her at the finish-oooh! so close!!  if you look closely i'm not sure if he is giving her the stiff arm?! so funny:)

Ike (s)!!!

Here is a little of what Ike brought through here. not too bad, but we did experience high wind gusts up to 70mph. there are some trees over and limbs down but over all we weren't on the bad side of the storm. the whole sky sounded like it was howling-so eerie and cool at the same time!!! thanks for all the calls to make sure we are ok. Jenny and Brittain are headed down to Houston to see how their house and office held up-say a prayer for them! thanks!!

school!!!!!

Carson started 1/2 day kindergarten, and Kindle will go to mother's day out t/th's! This is really exciting for him and her-they both love their classes! In fact, Kindle wants to stay every day when I drop carson off. Getting out the door with packed lunches, brushed teeth, everyone dresses, breakfast etc. by 8:00 am is a challenge b/c kindle likes to sleep in! so far so good. here are a few pics-I can't believe I have a school kid!!!!! yea!!!!!

Their great-grandma margaret bought the perfect cards for both of them-thank you grandma margaret!

We went to the tailgate party before the A&M home game to visit with aunt jenny and uncle brittain, or as kindle says "my jenny" yes. we wore maroon.
