Hope they turn out!

For the first time, we took family photos! They were outside, and I cannot wait to see them. I spent 2 days shopping around like a mad woman trying to get matching outfits without looking too matchy-matchy! So we all were in a form of browns, greens, and jeans-for outside pics I think it will look really good with the trees and foliage (I hope), we'll see! Anyhow, we came home cold and tired and took a picture of our own under the tree. So, until we get our pictures back...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Just because

I know I have been way behind on the blogging...so I want to get these on here just for when I turn this blog into a book, it will be here documented!:) Anyhow, I know this is sooooo late and old news, but like I said I'll share anyhow:) ok, this is a few pics from October:

Making treats for Carson's school fall/halloween party:)

Not finished yet, but you get the idea. Still had to add hair to the witches, and faces to pumpkins and ghosts :0

Carving pumpkins for our front door-what a great day!

Carson and Kindle picked out and designed theirs-Guess who picked the green pumpkin?

Carson's

Here's the finished product:)

Out for trick or treating with neighborhood friends! YAY never saw Kindle run so fast to keep up (once she got the concept, she was a maniac!:)

Yes, these are pathetic costumes-I put absolutely no effort into them. Carson is wearing a combo of black shirts and pants, mask he had, and a sword pinned onto the back. And if you go back to 2 years ago on this blog, Kindle is wearing the same pumpkin suit. SWEET! Oh, and I grabbed some present bags for candy. NICE.

Joined up with some friends:)

They are so cute!

ok now, just a few from November '09

I still don't feel 30, but I guess 'technically' I am:
Sweet Shelly and Sis and Kristen were behind this scene here.
Thank you all for coming down for a great day of shopping, great company, massages, pedicures, (Thank you Jason for watching your kiddos for the weekend! And driving to COLLEGE STATION.....hehe love you Kris!) and then back for ANOTHER surprise dinner from more friends:)

Thanks mom, dad, bro, Sam, Melinda and all the kids for coming, and my sweet friend Stef for watching all our kids!

My parents were sweet to help me clean windows inside and out-they were bugging me! We continued our fun at the Gaylord:

The ice show was AWESOME! This year's theme was the Grinch who stole Christmas

Kindle just decided to get in:

The kids went home with Sam and Melinda, and gave us a night to stay at the Gaylord:

What a great month and Birthday!!!!!!!

Now some random things from recent:
Kindle's first person drawing-cracked me up!!!

Kindle singing at school Thanksgiving feast:

Oh, and it snowed here! again!..not crazy like last year, but this is the girls outside playing in it!

If you look close, snow is falling:)

whew! I feel like this kid chasing Carson after all these pics!

Sweet Potatoes

I have been sick the past 2 days (never fun with kids), and just needed something to make me smile, thought you might enjoy it too:) This is Kindle having her first taste of sweet potatoes when she was about 6 or 7 months I think-can't remember. Anyhow she HATES them, but smiles at me anyways-so sweet!

An update and some fun:)

I need to write an update on Carson-his test results came back benign!!!! Praise the Lord! He is in the clear, but we will have it removed after it heals from the biopsy just so we don't have to worry about it in the future. Thank you everyone for asking about it! I really do appreciate the concern for him!

On a lighter note, I walked into the living room the other day and saw this:

It takes real love for a man to paint pink fingernails!

Next,
Party time at a friends house. Kindle's little friend turned 3 on Saturday here we are at the party:

She is super cool, but that's not why she is wearing the glasses. Her right eye is very sensitive to the sun (the doctor told us it would be too-lazy eye that is).

I love this sweet picture

Football! Almost all of Carson's games have been rained out, so they really haven't had enough practice to get the hang of it, but this was a good night-I think Carson is starting to get the hang of it!
He scored a touchdown!!! He ran about 25 yards in the wrong direction-he said it was to draw all the players one way, and then he turned the corner and sprinted up the sideline where I was standing, and all the way to the end-zone. I was so nervous when he was running the wrong direction (but I knew he knew where to go) I just didn't want a 35 yard loss for him and the team! I was anxiously awaiting the turn! When he did make the turn up the field I didn't realize that I was yelling 'go carson go! go! go!' and was missing taking the pictures, so the pictures are blurry as he was running past me, but you get the idea:)

He has a great coach...daddy (the other coaches are awesome too:)

Here he was up the line (about 3 guys to run past)

Just checking!

Touchdown:)

So excited! He was too. hehe

Again, thank you for everyone's words of encouragement! I really appreciate all the prayers and your friendship!!
